Prices are subject to change. Any difference from the standard price will be communicated and agreed before work begins. Published prices do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing or in person.
4. Booking and Assessment
Enquiries may be submitted via the contact form on our website, by phone, or in person during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00). Receipt of an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of a booking.
We will assess each watch before commencing any work. Where we identify requirements beyond the originally discussed scope, we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information about the watch, including any known faults or prior repair work.
- You confirm that you are the owner of the watch, or have the owner's authority to authorise work on it.
- You must collect your watch within 30 days of being notified that work is complete. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you. After 60 days, uncollected watches may be treated as abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Thai law.
- You must not bring a watch that has been reported stolen.
6. Payment
Payment is due on collection of the watch. We accept cash in Thai Baht. Other payment options may be available; please ask in advance. We do not issue credit or accept payment in instalments.
If additional work was agreed during the service, the final price will reflect that agreement. No additional charges will appear without prior consent.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a booked service before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible. No charge will apply if the watch has not yet been assessed.
Once work has commenced, we will charge for work completed to date if you choose to cancel. If a crystal has been ordered but not yet fitted, materials costs may apply.
If you are dissatisfied with completed work, please contact us within 14 days of collection. We will review the concern and aim to find a fair resolution. We do not offer refunds where the watch has been subsequently modified or damaged after collection.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Nahlika Atelier or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
We carry out work with care and to a professional standard, but we cannot warrant specific outcomes for all watches, particularly those with pre-existing faults or unusual wear patterns. We will advise you honestly if we anticipate limitations before starting work.
Our website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be free from errors or available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any loss arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
We take reasonable care of watches in our custody and maintain appropriate storage practices. In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for defects that could not reasonably have been identified during assessment.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from our services should first be raised with us directly. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
